Jo is the winner of the BBC "Cook of the Year" 2015 in the prestigious Food and Farming Awards.
Jo Ingleby is a chef who's passion is for creative cookery with vegetables, herbs and spices. Jo works in Bristol for Redcliffe Children's Centre where she cooks lunch for the centre's 120 children, all aged 2-4 and co-ordinates the Food Project-Young Children's Experimental Cookery.
Jo has worked as a chef for many years including three years as Head Chef for Demuths Vegetarian Restaurant, Bath. Jo also teaches vegetarian cookery at the award winning Demuths Cookery School, specialising in knife skills, creative cookery and world cookery from countries including Spain, Thailand, India and Italy. Jo also works with a number of local community food projects, schools and farms encouraging Plot to Plate cookery and sustainable food.
Jo is Children's Food Ambassador for Camp Bestival.
