This includes linking lot to plate, child led cookery and teaching skills. Jo has been an advisor to major food festivals, schools, nurseries and one to one with parents.

Children's FoodImproving the food within educational settings to include sustainability, using more fresh produce, multi cultural dishes and menus suitable for special diets. Jo has given advise to Food for Life, Nursery Schools, restaurants and The Children's Food Trust.
